Holy City Arts & Lyric Opera (HALO), a nonprofit that started with a dream and a driveway, is hosting its third anniversary concert on April 22 at 4:30 p.m. at Brickyard Plantation in Mount Pleasant. The concert will feature local artists Julian Blake Gordon, Katie Small and Samuel Stevenson, as well as HALO founders Leah Edwards and Dimitri Pittas.
